A Small Piece of Land

There is a small piece of land

That lies between success and failure.

Some step into that land and taste

The sweetness of its borders.

Only one or two stay.

Dream
Dream 2

For in that land lies the challenges of life.

And few are prepared to keep fighting.

For those who face those battles

And are prepared to cross swords everyday of their life,

Still can't guarantee success.

 

But they are the ones most likely to find it.

That small piece of land between success and failure

Is there for so many.

But very few are tough enough to stay.

They may want to walk in that land

But very few will and even fewer will fulfil their dreams.

 

But never underestimate the treasurers that lie there.

For there are priceless jewels.

They cannot be bought or borrowed.

Or taken by the highest bidder.

For they are jewels that lie deep in the soul of that land.

 

That small piece of land between success and failure.

The land that all must cross if they wish to fulfil their dreams.
